I was connected to Activehours through TripleByte, a company that connects start-ups with developers on the job market. I had a non-technical phone screen to gauge my interest, give some background about myself, and answer any questions I had about the company. From there, we were able to quickly schedule an on-site at their Palo Alto office. At the onsite, I had a total of 5 technical interviews. I had two conference call interviews with engineers in Cincinnati, then lunch with my recruiter, and then three interviews with engineers on-site. All the interviewers asked challenging and engaging questions, and were very communicative throughout the process. I'd say I was able to get a solid understanding of the company and its culture, and I felt that I was able to display my skills adequately. I interviewed on a Tuesday, and received an offer by Friday that same week. Overall, it was a pleasant interviewing experience.
