Assessment test: First of all, there is an written assessment test at EY office only. It generally comprises questions of Logical reasoning, Maths, GK and English.
HR interview: If you are selected in assessment test, then there will be an HR round of interview. In this interview, they generally ask basic questions about you and related to your CV. They generally checks the confidence level, presentation skills, soft skills, etc.
Technical round: After clearing HR round, you have to go through the technical round. In this, the ask the questions related to your IPCC and related to profile for which you have applied. They can also ask some case studies in which they give you a particular question and ask some questions related to that.
The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first round was a one-on-one with a senior manager, focusing on background and experience. The final round was a panel interview with three team members covering technical and behavioral questions. Overall, the process was well-organized and straightforward.
