The three interviews were good. I appreciated all the questions and exchanges after the round, unfortunately it did not end up with the desired outcome even with the personal intervention of the two first interviewers with the administration. I did not receive further feedback from HR besides the latter.

Smooth interview process. I moved through the stages very quickly until I had the third interview which was with the partner. From then on, things started to slow down. They said they should have made a decision within 2-3 weeks. I sent them a follow up email after this timeframe had passed and they said that the process is still in progress. After another 4 weeks had passed I sent them again a follow up email and they sent me a rejection through the system. Very unprofessional behaviour and such a loss of time and energy.

Le processus a été fluide et professionnel, articulé autour de trois étapes clés : un premier échange téléphonique RH pour valider les prérequis, suivi d'un entretien technique approfondi avec le manager opérationnel. J'ai apprécié la clarté des échanges concernant les missions du poste. Le délai de réponse entre chaque étape était raisonnable, ce qui témoigne d'une bonne organisation interne.
