It was to the point. The interview was not long. The salary was presented as a range. the company cultura was briefly described. I had the opportunity to ask some questions to my interviewer as well.

Previous experience, what I can bring to the table, weather i was passionate about this professional area.
4 Interviews, Behavioural, Technical (both online), then a formality interview with senior manager, and then partner also formality. Relatively easy process. Technical was most difficult, some tricky questions. No leetcode or algorithmic test, just knowledge check.

Entrevista
First interview with HR was normal basics. Second interview was a 45 minutes technical interview with 2 managers. They asked me about my work experience and questions qhere based on python variables, functions, classes, dictionaries and libraries like langchain, pytorch, and tensorflow.

smooth. easy. questions from ur resume. easier coding questions and faster interview and process time for joining is less and the onboarding is good process...its easier to onboard and the inetrview is also pretty much easy to be honest
