The interview process had three parts. First was a behavioral conversation focused on collaboration and problem-solving. Next was a technical conversation around various tools. Finally, I spoke about my analytical approach and some projects i worked on.

Entrevista
There were 3 interviews on the super day. The super day consisted of two partner interviews that were behavioral and one 45 minute case study. The on campus interview was quick and relaxed. The interviewer was excellent to talk to and real laid back.
Referral hire. Lengthy but streamlined interview process. Standard application with one phone screening interview and another set of interviews with partners and Senior managers.
Minimal technical questions for staff, focus was more so on fit and behavior. (E.g., what would you do in X scenario?)

Entrevista
There was a 30 minute behavioral interview and then there was a 45 minute case interview. The interviews were conducted by two different people virtually. It was a straightforward process.
