Sollicitatie procedure voor een thesis intern is relatief informeel. Natuurlijk komen de gebruikelijke zakelijke vragen aan bod, maar er is ook zeker ruimte voor wat lol. Dit is met name zo voor thesis interns.
Not bad it was like 3 rounds and it wasn’t very technical there was one case interview and all the interview people were really nice and flexible it was a good interview
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.
