Das Gespräch dauerte über 1 Std. und wurde gleichzeitig mit dem zuständigen Manager und dem entsprechenden Partner geführt, was an sich sehr positiv war. Beide nahmen sich viel Zeit, betonten dies jedoch auch klar mit dem Hinweis ihre Zeit nicht zu verschwenden. Harter Ton, aber so weiß man, was auf einen zukommt.

Two steps, starting with a written test, continuing to a case presentation interview. The interview mainly discussed the case, followed by questions closer to a behavioral interview. The interview required quick thinking and insight gathering due to short time allowed for case preparation.
The process was relatively straightforward and moved quickly (total time was less than 2 weeks). It consisted of:
(1) Online application - submitting CV, cover letter etc. via the career portal
(2) Online assessment - takes about 1 hour, some quantitative questions, questions about behaviours etc.
(3) Phone call with recruiter
(4) In-person interview - less "formal", more conversational
