I had a first interview consisting of competencies and some technical questions, followed by an assessment centre and then an interview with a partner which was largely competency based. The assessment centre
consisted of a numerical test, and two group exercises.

AC is a group contribution and “OA” where they test your numerical and your ability to comprehend information and to make proposed decisions based on the materials provided. No presentation is needed after group discussion, so I would say it is pretty chilled?

Group exercise with 6 others, then interview with 1 partner. I was asked about 4 questions which ranged in difficulty . They were a mix of personal and problem solving
powerpoint presentation required, very interactive. no particularly difficult questions asked. the presentation was on why i wanted to work at the company, so i made a total of 5 slides.
