Invited interview, the interview went well. Not much technical question. Ask about how you tackling different job issues and how you manage/overcome if any difficulties facing. Overall is a very smooth interview. Did not ask a lot difficult or tough questions. Takes about 30 minutes. Very friendly partner. One round interview.
2 calls one with manager and then with partner. They went one after the other and before them i had a call with the HR person. I think the process went smooth and had no issues or complaints
EY’s interview process starts with an online application and an initial phone or video screening. This is followed by a recorded video interview with behavioral questions. Final rounds may include technical interviews, case studies, or group exercises, depending on the role. The process ends with an HR interview focused on cultural fit and career goals.
Consists of One-way interview, followed by several assessments and interview rounds with Manager/Senior Managers and Partner. Typically asks both personality-based and technical questions relating to audit procedures and methodologies.
Human interviews were positive, friendly and back and forth.
