Das Interview erfolgte über Skype. Es ging sehr um meine Person/Persönlichkeit und wenig um das fachliche. Sehr nette Gesprächspartner. Das Interview dauerte ca. 1 Stunde. Habe direkt 4 Tage später (Interview war am Donnerstag) am Montag eine Zusage erhalten. Dieses erfolge am Telefon inkl. Feedback was ich als sehr angenehm empfand.

Relatively rigorous, a few rounds, mostly behavioral questions. Definitely answer questions in a way that conveys you are a personable individual. Asks a lot of situational questions that are relatively random, predicting questions is not really a valuable use of your time.
