Solicité el puesto a través de la escuela superior o la universidad. Acudí a una entrevista en EY (Bengaluru) en ene 2014
Entrevista
Step One of the Hiring Process entailed an Aptitude Test, which tested us on the grounds of Verbal ability, Quantitative Ability, Data & Logical Reasoning and MS Excel.
The shortlisted candidates had a one-on-one interview with the HR Personnel.
Furthermore, the Assurance candidates were subject to a round of Group Discussion, followed by two interviews.
However, the Tax candidates had only two rounds of interviews that followed. These interviews included certain technical questions, HR questions, and situation-based questions. It was concluded with a small case-study like problem.

Pregunta 1
The situation based questions were a first for me. But they went quite smoothly.
The interview process was smooth. They initially asked basic questions and then gradually moved to more complicated, real-world questions. Overall, it was manageable. The HR round was also easy. Before the interviews, you had to complete the EY online assessment, which included grammar-related questions.
Aptitude test , then resume screening , then 3 rounds of interview or it could even be 2 rounds of interview depending on candidate. Also those rounds of interview would include Technical rounds and HR round which they will finally decide as per candidate’s answering skills
It was a structured one and the orientation was a structured one with pre placement talk with an online assessment and 2 rounds of interview one being technical and the other being HR round
