I have passed the first step which is to do some tests at home including numeric and inductive tests. The next step will be an assessment day where they will first present the department followed by a case that the candidate has to do and present. The last part will be an HR interview.

At EY, the interview usually starts with HR, then meet the manager, followed by technical or case interviews, and sometimes a partner interview. They’re mainly looking at skills, problem-solving, and fit.
