It was a panel interview with 2 partners and HR. It lasted about 30 minutes. It was more of a conversation than interview. One partner dominated the conversation. The other partner was quiet. Hr asked a lot of behavioural questions

Definitely it will work. Hiring was bit challenging and process was good.
