The interview was conversation based. Two rounds. One phone interview. Then face to face with three people. After boasting the biggest hedge-fund startup ever, Michael Gelband’s performance has been underwhelming so far this year. overall OK and general questions asked, the interview result is quite fast, so it don't take long time to know the result compared to other company who make us wait for a long time.
