Solicité el puesto en persona. El proceso duró 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en EY (Bengaluru)
Entrevista
I joined EY as a fresh graduate. There was extensive screening process with 1-minute public speaking, an aptitude test including sections for Quant, Verbal, Logical reasoning, MS Excel, and Accounting. All candidates were emailed wrt whether or not they made it to the next round (which quite often is not the case with employers, hence ever grateful for this company). An HR interview, then the Technical Interview taken seperately by two department managers.
Preguntas de entrevista [1]
Pregunta 1
Whether open to working night shifts? (HR round)
How many spheres would it take to fill this room, assuming its x*y*z dimensions (HR round)
Regarding Derivatives Market (I think they asked me this since I'd studied it in college)(Technical Round)
The interview process was smooth. They initially asked basic questions and then gradually moved to more complicated, real-world questions. Overall, it was manageable. The HR round was also easy. Before the interviews, you had to complete the EY online assessment, which included grammar-related questions.
Aptitude test , then resume screening , then 3 rounds of interview or it could even be 2 rounds of interview depending on candidate. Also those rounds of interview would include Technical rounds and HR round which they will finally decide as per candidate’s answering skills
It was a structured one and the orientation was a structured one with pre placement talk with an online assessment and 2 rounds of interview one being technical and the other being HR round
