the interview process(campus recruitment) constituted of two rounds-first was the hr round and then was technical round.Each of these round were elimination rounds.Hr asked questions like-tell me about yourself,why EY etc
technical questions were asked based on the resume and areas if interest
i cleared the hr round but couldntt make it through technical inspite of a good technical round.

The Interview process is formal and proper way. the made the interview like make you attend all the round and at last they give you the result. there is no rejection after technical
