Initially, I was pre screened at a job fair as a younger advisory employee directed me to have a 15 mins interview with a VP who was also at the job fair. A week later I talked with an HR phone interviewer who wanted to collect salary and location expectations and preferences. After another phone interview was an on site interview where I met with 5 VPs. Not many probing questions were asked.

6 rounds of interview. Could at least take 4-6 weeks to land an offer. Interviewers are very welcoming and open to hear you. You have to be patient, as scheduling interviews could take time. Interview type and timing are flexible. They provide you enough options to work with,

It was extremely smooth and professional. I received call from their outsourced HR Department and then an HR Interview and Test was taken, finally a Technical interview has been scheduled for next month by one of the directors

Why EY and Why do you want to quit career from industry and move to a firm instead?
The first round of screening was done by the HR over the phone. It was followed by in-person interviews with 4 Senior Managers and 1 Partner in the NYC office. Most of the questions were related to my specific domain. Most of the questions were technical, and based on my past work experience. There were a few behavioral questions as well.
