Process dragged on for 10 weeks. Passed 1st stage Phone interview and 2nd stage case study. The 3rd interview with partner felt like a 1st interview and felt interviewer disregarded merits of previous interviews. They also claim to pay lower than the industry which was a complete turn off. Will not be going through this debacle again.
