Nach der Onlinebewerbung muss bei EY generell ein kleiner halbstündiger Online Test absolviert werden. Der Test fragt kein Wissen ab, sondern geht eher in Richtung Intelligenztest.
Das Vorstellungsgespräch fand mit einem Partner statt, ohne Personaler. Das Gespräch an sich war sehr locker, es wurden keine fachlichen Fragen gestellt. Es ging hauptsächlich um die eigene Vorstellung, Zukunftspläne, Motivation. Dem Partner war außerdem wichtig ein realistisches Bild bezüglich Aufgabengebiet und Arbeitszeiten zu geben.

Entrevista
I applied online. Got the video interview on the next day of submitting the online application, which gave me 48 hrs to finish it. Got a phone call 5 days after I was done with the video interview. The phone caller asked me "Why do you wanna work at EY" and desired annual salary. And got another phone call about the interview on the same day. I interviewed 2 managers remotely last week. I was asked all behavioral questions. Still waiting for the follow-up call or email.
