The interview was conducted in a group panel (consisting of 10 people) by a partner and senior manager.
The interview was divided into 2 sessions: Personality and Technical interview. Since this is an interview for EY Indonesia, the technical interview was conducted in Indonesian language. The personality interview is telling about yourself, your goal, your principle, and your hobbies. For the technical interview, you will be asked some of the accounting standards in Indonesia (PSAK) and client cases.
