Solicité el puesto a través de la escuela superior o la universidad. El proceso duró 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en EY (New York, NY) en oct 2016
Entrevista
Submitted transcripts and resume for review. Received an e-mail to setup a brief 30-minute phone interview. A fews later I received another e-mail with an invitation for an office interview which lasted about 4 1/2 hours. There were about 10 other intern candidates there as well. The office visit consisted of a networking breakfast, a brief presentation, two interviews with senior managers and lunch with a few associates and another intern candidate. I received the offered about 2 hours after the office interview via phone call. Overall it was a very easy and enjoyable process. I met a lot of cool 1st year associates who shared their experiences. Highly recommend EY to anyone that is a high performer and looking for an equally high performing company.

The process typically begins with an online application where candidates submit academic details, work experience, and competency-based responses. Shortlisted applicants usually complete online assessments covering numerical reasoning, situational judgement, and behavioural profiling. Successful candidates then progress to a video interview and often an assessment centre involving case studies, group exercises, and partner or manager interviews. The process assesses technical potential, commercial awareness, communication skills, teamwork, and alignment with EY’s values.
