I first filled out the application on the first week application opened. Waited 1 1/2 months to schedule interview virtually. Interviewers were smart, kind, hard-working people who love what they do. Overall, great experience!

Relatively rigorous, a few rounds, mostly behavioral questions. Definitely answer questions in a way that conveys you are a personable individual. Asks a lot of situational questions that are relatively random, predicting questions is not really a valuable use of your time.
