Talked with HR via phone who was located in East Coast NJ. Afterwards had two face-to-face interviews with FMA manager and director. The interview was very laid-back and friendly. Both interviewers asked generic questions (very similar questions). Mainly they wanted to know who they are hiring their work ethics and personality traits.
