Solicité el puesto a través de una agencia de empleo. El proceso duró 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en EY (Gurgaon, Haryana) en dic 2015
Entrevista
- Worse conducted interview
- EY GSS is very different from EY India
- The profile stated, they need candidates with background in M&A, Divestitures, Corp Finance. Candidates from McKinsey, KPMG, BCG et al (let God wonder why will they come here.
- Actually the profile was of Pursuits (in simple english its called "Profiling")
- People from every background came for the interview process, sales guys, people with no financial modeling experience, people who even did not have any idea of relative valuation...forget DCF or reverse DCF.
- For an opening that was supposedly into M&A or Corporate Finance. Its Very Strange!

I went for a walk in interview. The questions were moderate to hard level. But somehow I was able to clear the rounds. 1st round was virtual only from the company premise and 2nd round was mostly managerial which was in person
The interview process was smooth and well-organized. It provided clarity and confidence, ultimately helping me secure the position. Overall, it was a very good experience and I’m grateful for it
