Simple, friendly interviewer. ~15 minutes of behavioural, ~30 minute case. They asked 4 pointed questions about the different steps of a systems migration to an updated platform. Case included targeting which department to begin the migration with based on data on each department, what bug to tackle first based on severity and priority, and change management strategies.

What is the worst grade on your transcript and explain the course.
EY's process includes an initial screening, online assessments, behavioral and case interviews, and a final round with senior leadership. Candidates can expect multiple rounds of interviews focusing on technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit.
Initial Screening: A recruiter screens applications and may conduct an initial phone or video call to assess fit and motivation.
Online Assessments: This can include aptitude tests, coding challenges, and online job simulations with situational judgment, video, and written components.
Core Interviews: Typically involves multiple rounds with consultants and managers. These are a mix of behavioral (using the STAR method) and individual or group case interviews to assess problem-solving and strategic thinking.
Final Round: The final stage usually includes interviews with senior partners to evaluate leadership potential and team fit.
It was not too difficult, many different questions about my background and the role and there was also a case portion of the interview. The questions were relatively straightforward and based on my resume.
