They asked how I handle complex tax scenarios, particularly when there are changing regulations or tight deadlines. They also wanted to know how I manage client relationships during stressful situations, including how I communicate complex tax issues in a way that clients can understand. Additionally, they asked about my experience working in teams to solve challenging tax problems and how I prioritize tasks under pressure.

Interviews process is simple with background and behavioral questions. 30mins with 3 different people. Going through resume and relevant experience and asking questions about the company at the end. Salary is not discussed.

The interview was done by one partner in the tax department over Microsoft Teams. The partner seemed uninterested in the interview and my experience. They seemed quite dismissive of any outside big four experience.
