First Interview with HR - about yourself, expirience etc; Second Interview is Technical - you will demostrate your level, skills and knowledge, and they will rate you; Third Interview with Management - you will demonstrate problem solving skills; And infinite number of project interviews; And again, till one day, one project accepts you.

Really good interview experience and the hr was supportive. The hr motivated me and pushed me even though I was not sure about accepting the offer. It was really a great interview experience.
