Entrevista
4 rounds. HR was kind and supportive.
1) Technical Assessment which include AI/ML/Deep Learning Questions
2) Technical round with senior Data scientist from India. Interviewer was very friendly. Deep technical discussion on AI/ML projects, concepts on the same with DL & Gen AI questions. Asked python code from leetcode
3) Technical round with Data Scientist with interviewer from outside India. Kind of same technical questions mentioned in round 2. Asked python code from leetcode.
4) Bad experience. Managerial round with manager from India. Asked little bit of technical questions and some cultural fit questions. He was unprofessional and was expecting candidate should have knowledge like Google employee. He took an interview like in anyways he wants to reject the candidate.
In short, had good experience with first 3 rounds. Only had bad experience with Managerial round. Not because he rejected me. It is because of his unprofessionalism, lack of knowledge on how to evaluate candidate as per their experience and wasting candidate's time.

The job posting I applied to was almost certainly a PERM ad designed to prevent American applicants from applying to their American branch. Firstly, the job description listed "Bachelor's Degree or 3 years relevant experience". It also listed knowledge of data and AI techniques, but virtually no responsibilities or other info.
The interview claimed I needed to have 10+ years of experience, as well as data bricks knowledge (which was also not listed in any requirements). The interview lasted 15 total minutes.

Entrevista
A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and invited me to interview, which at first seemed genuine and professional. The conversation was in English, focused on my background and skills, and they even showed me a few potential roles to discuss which one I preferred. This gave me the impression that I would likely move forward in the process.
However, by the end of the interview, I was told my skills weren’t enough and that they might contact me in the future if a more suitable role opened up. They never followed up, yet the same positions keep being reposted. It left me wondering why they contacted me in the first place if only to say I wasn’t enough for the role. Overall, it felt more like a ghost posting than a job offer that I was really expecting.

Phone interview with HR, online technical test, which included many detailed questions about data science, and a technical interview, which took 1.5 hours with detailed questions. It was time-consuming, and they ghosted me.
