The interview process consisted of the following steps: Screening call: This initial call served as a preliminary assessment to determine the candidate's qualifications and suitability for the position. Technical Interview: In this stage, the candidate underwent a technical evaluation to assess their expertise, skills, and problem-solving abilities related to the role. Two Client Interviews: The candidate had the opportunity to meet with two representatives from our esteemed clients. These interviews aimed to gauge the candidate's compatibility with the clients' expectations, work culture, and specific project requirements.

Coordination. First scheduled interview nobody showed, something unexpected can pop up, but message even 5 minutes before (or after) time would be better than nothing. Interview was rescheduled on next day, again no message or anything, I slept it off. Third time, it finally was an interview. Some questions I couldn't answer. Feedback was promised in a 1 working day. The interview. The interview consisted of probably all possible theoretical questions, some short code examples that I had to explain and a very short practical coding challenge. Feedback. Got feedback in 3 working days. In a cons list were questions that I did answer correctly too. Overall impression. Poor approach to whole process. Too many theoretical questions, some not needed at all for doing described job. Almost no testing of actual practical skills. Biased feedback, depends on a somebody's mood.
