When interviewing with the company there was the following interviewing process:
1. Recruiter - rather generic mostly focused on why the company and role, also gave overview of the company.
2. Technical
3. Hiring Manager
4. Team
Mostly focused on behavioral or open-ended questions.

1. Technical
2. Managerial (most probably RM)
3. Project fitment
The job title and what they exactly looking for are quite misaligned. They seem to have committed to a certain timeline for a project that involves Mainframe migration.
They need a mainframes engineer... instead of hiring one who can actually help them with code reviews and COBOL reverse engineering as they call it, they are hiring business analysts and trying to get this done under pressure. HR is inefficient and doesn't have a voice, just does what the hiring manager says.

I had 2 interviews. The recruiter reached out via Whatsapp and said they were ready to start the "staffing process". I asked for an official email but she ignored me completely. Also sent an email asking about an update about my application and got no response at all. Strange way of communication and complete ignorance. I thought EPAM was a way more serious company...So disappointed:((((
