45 minute interview with two ux designers that started with fairly standard questions about my background and required a walkthru of one of my portfolio pieces. When I pointed out to them that I was supposed to be interviewed for the "lead & senior" role their response was "unfortunately team selected senior candidate that was a little more advanced in process, while you were in interview process".

The first interview with HR about general knowledge and the level of English. The second with designers of different levels, including the manager. Then there may be a test task, or it may not be.
