The interviews were very straightforward. I met with a recruiter to talk over my experience. Then, I met with a hiring manager to learn more about the position. The next steps would have been to meet with leadership and also do a case study panel presentation. Everyone was nice and professional. I had to check up on my application to find out I was rejected, but it had only been 7 days.

I had a phone screening with the director, and that was followed by two interviews with senior program managers. None were more than thirty minutes long. The interviews seemed to go very well, but they ghosted me. I contacted the first interviewer three times over two months to get any kind of feedback at all and she never responded. Honestly, it was super unprofessional. I was very impressed with the company until this happened. The interview process was smooth, everyone was on time, and they were all incredibly pleasant and kind people. But not responding to emails and not even a courtesy rejection is super unprofessional.
