Inpersonal and very time consuming. Only worth it if one of top choices. Didnt get the vibe I would enjoy working with the people in the teams I interviewed for.

Starts with a phone call, directly with the person you will be reporting to. Hiring for a lot of Canadian positions at the moment, but be prepared that you will be reporting to someone in the USA and in the Pacific time zone

I didn't get the job, yet I try to be as objective as I can: There are way too many interviews and decision makers involved in this process (7 phone interviews + data analysis exercise). This makes the whole process ineffective, cumbersome and a significant investment in effort and time. Find below my feedback that I have sent via Greenhouse Surveys after the process.
At the end, it is a high risk - high reward environment. The pay seems to be ok, but no one can say for sure whether the company will still be afloat on three years. Legislation around the world is compromising the business model that depends on delivery guys as freelancing contractors (to avoid paying benefits and taxes for them), the latest approach in the US could be a severe obstacle for the future. Also, plenty competitors offer the same service cheaper and with comparable quality, so there is that as well. The culture looks good on paper, but most likely only applies once you are in, and not during the application process. Make you own opinion, and if you plan to give it a shot then by all means... Just my advice: don't invest too much into it. They will let you jump through a ton of loops, and the decision makers either like you or not, that is not based on your deliverables etc.
