The interview process went well initially. I was told there were 3 openings, and that nobody was ahead of me in the process. I prepared a lot. I had applied through a referral. They had 1 of 1 interview, after the phone screening. It was with two sales managers (a young white lady, and a young white man). I have not had any interview processes go through someone of color. I'm part white so I can say that. I was cut short in the interview when it was my turn to ask questions. I was challenged during the interview, but also received direct positive feedback on responses. Was surprised with outcome. Was told within 24 hours they were moving forward with other candidate(s).

The interviewer asked me three main questions:. Then she talked about what the MDR position. Lastly, she asked what questions I had for her. Finally, she talked the next steps in the interview process.
