TL;DR- I didn't understand the questions properly to provide responses that made sense. I had very limited time left for the case study and there was barely any 2-way conversation with the interviewer
Interviewer spent too much time (~20 min) going over his background and the challenges Docusign is facing. Super weird interview questions. Not so interested interviewer though he seemed nice as a person. Confusing and unclear responses to follow-up questions. Rushed through questions and there was no discussion like you would expect with your interviewer when working on case study problems.

1. Pro and cons of having partner business e.g. product like looker has partner business to use as an example
2. How would you help decide your COO if company should invest in forums
Unclear responses and hesitation in responding to follow up questions asked. e.g. I asked
1. what are partners for looker as an example to make sure i was going in the right direction when thinking of pros and cons.
2. Can you tell me more about what kind of forums are we talking about? Is it in product or outside and therefore can be accessed by anyone? Accessible to free users as well or paid users only? (Because i was thinking of A/B test therefore needed to think about appropriate metrics) --> Interviewer's response, can be anywhere and can be accessed by any type of users
