The interview procedure spanned approximately two months and consisted of multiple rounds with various interviewers. Unfortunately, the recruiter made several errors during the process. Initially, they erroneously sent an email stating that the role was already filled, only to later retract the statement. Subsequently, in later rounds, the recruiter provided an incorrect meeting ID to both myself and the hiring manager, resulting in a misunderstanding with the interviewer assuming I did not attend. The interviewer eventually corrected the mistake by sending a new meeting invite for the same interview.
Despite enduring these mistakes and dedicating two months to the process, the recruiter ceased communication without explanation, leaving me with a disappointing experience.
My query to the HR : Is it not possible to implement a simple courtesy of informing candidates via phone or, at the very least, through a personal email? This would be especially appreciated for candidates who progress to the on-site round, as they invest a significant amount of time in the process. Such unprofessionalism is disheartening, especially coming from a company like Docusign!
