Applied, recruiter followed up within a day or so and requested a 20-30 minute phone interview. I got back to them and we set a time. Day of the interview came and no call. I followed up, they apologized for missing it and we rescheduled. Day of rescheduled interview happened, they called and started by asking me how many employees work at the company I currently work for. After that it was very brief and I didn’t get a chance to say much about myself, or my past experience and they gave me little information about DocuSign, the role or next steps. The call was a total of 6 minutes. I never heard back after. This was a few weeks ago and I’ve followed up twice with no response. Poor overall experience, didn’t give me a chance to talk about my qualifications and definitely didn’t talk to me for the scheduled “20-30 minutes”. No declining email has been received and no “thanks for your time” either.
