I received an email from the recruiter asking to pick a day an time. The day came and the recruiter never called, I then emailed her to ask if the call was still going on and I received an out of office. I waited 10 days and emailed again to know if there was still any interest an never heard back. This is very poor. The way you treat candidates tells everything of how you respect your employees.

The initial interview was a virtual screening with the company’s Recruiter. Within 24 hours, the next virtual interviews were scheduled to occur 9 days after the initial screening which involved 5 individuals at different levels and positions within the organization. Interviewing with DocuSign was one of the longest interviews I have experienced in my career and one of the most enjoyable! The individuals that I met virtually were kind, funny, easy to relate to and very genuine. It was clear to me that the company cares about their employees by making sure that new talent is a good fit for the organization.
