Overall the interview and recruiting process felt very professional and efficient. My point of contact was extremely transparent and responsive throughout, and the information she provided was very helpful in preparing for the interview as well as navigating the job transition from my previous employer. The interview itself was more or less standard software engineering manager content. Some coding, some systems design, and some organizational effectiveness (how do you drive change). The people I talked to were professional and friendly, and the approach felt more collaborative than some interviews I've been through.
