Phone Interviews with Recruiting. First, I was contacted via LinkedIn, Call with the recruiter from an agency. Then first interview with DocuSign recruiter. Behavioral questions, motivation and sales experience were the focus.
Then hiring manager: Sales experience, interest in role, motivation, personality was focus. Lastly: Hiring Manager + BDR Director. Normally onsite, but I lived far away, so via WebEx. I got behavioral questions, prepared a presentation beforehand (you receive all the materials from DocuSign and the recruiters support you a lot) + role play (to show how I would manage a customer conversation)

Uninterested panel interviewers, canned questions after a presentation on background, & experience. If you have years of experience and are not in your 20s, do not waste your time. Ageism is alive and well.

The interview process was really straight forward, first, you will have a phone screening then a fast Zoom interview with 4 managers 15 min each, and the last stage is a presentation + role play.
The interviewers are really helpful through the entire process and I found it to be a really good interviewing process.
