The recruiter was in Oregon and I had a typical phone screening. The Creative Director loved my resume so they scheduled the on-site interview immediately after the call. I had met 4 panels including the Creative Director and they told me to give them about a week to make a final decision. Guess what. They did not follow up but the Creative Director told me twice that their hiring process is a bit slow but please wait. After 4 weeks of waiting I decided to move forward with another company.
