I was referred internally by a DocuSign employee. First step was a 30 min phone interview with the Inhouse Recruiter, an online PI Test followed by a second 30min phone interview with the Hiring Manager. Questions were standard interview questions and mostly competency based question. Next step was an onsite interview. I had to prepare a presentation about my educational and professional background, my motivations and present a case study I prepared. Afterwards, I had to do a mock call. Everything during the whole process went pretty smooth.
