Overall I would say the best thing to do is be prepared. Gather as much information as you can on the company, practice interview questions, and dress for success. What it really comes down to though is if you can hold a conversation. My interviewers were awesome and while it definitely held the atmosphere of an interview it was very conversational and I loved speaking with them! Come prepared with lots of (valuable) questions!

Interview process has been organized and professional so far. Communication has been clear and timely. Interviewers are courteous and informative. Overall experience is positive, though still early in the process.
