Was really excited about the company, but left disappointed with lack of diversity. The company itself is remote first, but gives me old boys club vibes. I'd heard this from previous employee, and it was confirmed during the interview process, with no one being female, or ethnic minority during my process except the people team.

Fast 15 min call with HR, nothing special just usual conversation - previous experience, career path, general understanding about their business. Went quite well but never heard back from them not ever a rejection email. Unprofessional.
