Set of 12 cards you have to put into 3 rows. Great. Good. Needs improvement. They have you explain why you put the cards in that order.

When you first apply you are sent an assessment to complete. After that you’ll receive an email for a phone interview. If you pass that you’ll have a second interview with the hiring manager. After that, you’ll receive your offer.
