I had to go through 3 levels of recruitment process out of five. As I've worked as a Brand Manager at another company in San Francisco for 4 years, I was availed an option to skip the first 2 levels of recruitment process. Overall, the recruitment process is really hard. Perhaps, the hardest I've seen till now. Creative company but It's really hard to get in it though.
