Interview was good, people I reached out were alright after the offer letter was agreed upon and released with me requesting a work from home due to pandemic and certain health condition of family member, they decided to change terms to make it not work from home but on site for atleast two days and I tentatively agreed upon second call with HR and then they withdrew my offer on the day of my joining by an SMS saying flexibility is what they need. Sad to say this but did not expect an MNC employer to go back on the terms agreed and not even trying to reach me out on a call which I was waiting to know why the sudden change in decision was made. Worst part is I have up other interviews as the offer letter was in my hand and was looking forward to work the team. I dunno of this was a HR mistake or from management but this was a sour experience i had, hopefully they fix that.
