The interview process was very robust. I had a series of three or four phone calls between the HR team and the actual direct team i interviewed for. On the day of the in person interview I had 4 separate individual interviews with team members. The interview lasted about four hours and I had a pretty good feel about my chances after the interview.

Was reached out to on LinkedIn by a recruiter regarding a manager position. Agree to a call, and on the call the recruiter proceeds to tell me I’m under qualified for the position. Tried to persuade me to interview for a lower ranked position, I said I’m only interested in the manager role as that’s the role they reached out to me about. Recruiter agrees to go forward with interviews for the manager role, we go through multiple rounds of interviews, and in the end, they offer me a lower ranked position below the pay I was asking for. A waste of everyone’s time.

In person interview with team members from cross functional teams. Most questions are based on how you handle certain types of situations related to that team. For example - Creative wants to know how you will push back on Marketing requests to deliver projects quicker. Marketing wants to know how you will work with clients and deliver projects faster.
