Overall the process was great and aside from a couple slight miscommunications the team was very attentive and accommodating. Had a pretty typical interview process rounds with HR, the hiring manager, "virtual onsite", and a final meeting.

Entrevista
Brief phone screen with contracted recruiter, HR Manager video interview, an assignment and for the final interview I had the option of Hangouts or on-site interview in NYC. I opted for the on-site option as I thought I could convey my personality better in person. It was 4 hours of back to back interviews (4 interview slots) with a 15 minute break half way between.
The assignment was regarding a sample workflow. I built an 11 page PPT over several hours and delivered to them the same day. I was told my in-person interview was to present my assignment, but I never had the opportunity to present my work and I never got any feedback.
During the interview, most of the people I spoke with were not friendly. One interviewer asked me what I like to do in my spare time and when I gave an honest answer, they reacted with a blank look. I would expect some back and forth or a break in tension at that point, but that was not the case. Many of them seemed like they had been doing a ton of interviews and were not really interested in my answers. It also felt unjustifiably long, with people asking questions just to fill the time. One interviewer (who was an employee with the company for several years) actually attempted to argue with me about my responses. The interviewers who were friendly seemed very busy and generally stressed. The environment of the company was described as a start-up culture with changing priorities, which led me to believe it is a very chaotic workplace. The questions the interviewers asked me were so varied, it indicated a lack of clarity regarding the role and responsibilities.
No offer, but I withdrew from the process after not hearing anything until 2 weeks after the in person interview. If they felt I was a good fit for the role, they would have gotten back to me sooner. Not hearing back after traveling to visit their office displays a lack of basic professionalism and respect.
