I was pleased during my first interview to see DLR brought in multiple hiring managers from different departments. They were ready to pick the right fit for me vs. fill a req. It really resonated with me that they cared about their customers and about their employees. It was a great feeling and I left hoping to get a follow up interview/ offer.
